Huella Gastronomica

Branding, Label Design, Print Design

Huella Gastronómica was a conceptual branding project for a natural foods and sustainable goods brand designed to connect conscious consumers with earth-friendly products. The brand was envisioned to operate both through physical stores in Mexico City and a nationwide e-commerce platform. While the project ultimately remained unrealized, it served as a comprehensive exploration of a clean, contemporary visual identity grounded in sustainability.

The proposed logo combines a stylized fingerprint with a leaf at its core, symbolizing personal impact and environmental responsibility. This mark lives within an organic, uneven black shape that references natural imperfections and a handcrafted sensibility. The typographic system balances a classic serif with a modern sans serif to convey trust, tradition, and approachability.

The brand direction extended across signage, product packaging, labels, tote bags, aprons, and environmental applications, each designed with simplicity, legibility, and ecological integrity in mind. The neutral palette and minimal design system reinforced the brand’s values of transparency, quality, and sustainability.
