Meamo is a conceptual wellness brand created as a personal design exploration around themes of self-love, healing, and emotional nourishment. Born from a logo I originally developed for a client, the project reimagines the unused mark—a heart formed by a person hugging themselves—as the centerpiece of a soulful, modern brand centered on radical self-connection.

Meamo invites you to come home to yourself. It blends the calming ritual of yoga with the transformative practice of self-coaching and emotional care. The visual identity is soft, grounding, and feminine—designed to feel like a warm embrace.

A 52-card deck designed to ground and uplift. Each card features a gentle affirmation paired with a soulful prompt or reflection. With soft-touch finishes, organic illustrations, and a warm-toned color palette, the deck encourages intentional daily check-ins and quiet moments of truth.

This self-guided book acts as a gentle companion through the layers of self-love. It’s part reflection journal, part emotional toolkit. Divided into eight chapters—from healing the inner voice to creating nourishing rituals—the book pairs thoughtful content with interactive spaces, poetic affirmations, and soft visual storytelling.
